Some Words of Wisdom part 3

Here are some more quotes that I've jotted down from various sources over the past few months. They provide me with something that I find that I need more and more every day: clarity.

1."Courage is managing fear to accomplish what you want to accomplish." Rudy Giuliani

2."Life is like a prism:what you see depends on how you turn the glass." Edwin

3."Never, never, never give in. In nothing great or small, large or petty. Never give in except to convictions of honor or good sense." Winston Churchill

4."When the truth is spoken, it doesn't need to be adorned. It just needs to be simply stated and often it only needs to be stated once." James Nachtwey

5."Good judgment comes from experience. And experience only comes from bad judgment." Unknown

6."We have an obligation to know who we are, where we are and what we can do. Wehave an obligation to understand the ramifications of what we do and to choose to do them or not with our eyes open. We have a responsibility to use whatever abilities we possess and how we use them, hopefully, to help others in need." Elliott S! Maggin (Kingdom Come graphic novel)

Well, these are some pearls that I've come across over the past year or so. Hope they help you keep your head up. I've gotta go. Keep you posted. Peace!
