The President of the United States has now been implicated in the leak scandal outing an undercover CIA operative whose husband is an opponent of the Administration and the Iraq war. President Bush has repeatedly stated how much he dislikes leaks of information to reporters.But Scooter Libby, the former chief of staff for Vice President Dick Cheney testified at his trial that he had received approval from Bush through Cheney to leak the name of CIA Agent Valerie Plame to a reporter at the New York Times. Now we need to ask ourselves a question that was asked during Watergate (which I'm too young to remember) which is: What did the President know and when did he know it? We all need to start asking ourselves some serious questions about our elected representatives and their conduct. Homeland Security officials soliciting underage sex, a member of the House going to jail for accepting bribes. What is happening to America?
